The Position:

This position will provide accounting support to many different operation centers of our business.

Duties assumed may vary, but will include:

Sales deal processing
Sales deal processing
Breakdown/split physical deal documents
Recording associated accounting entries
Working with lenders, state offices and guests to perfect liens and ensure title issuance
Assist Title Specialist with used vehicle title acquisition as necessary
Understanding and utilizing a multi-company general ledger
Reconciling and adjusting general ledger account balances
Coding and posting monthly manufacturer statements
Maintaining and reconciling accounting schedules
Maintaining compliance with federal regulations, regarding customer information
Interacting with and providing support for our Sales teams across campus
Providing support and coverage for F&I Remittance Specialist
Other responsibilities assigned as experience is gainedBreakdown/split physical deal documents

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Qualifications:

Accounting Certificate preferred. Strong communication skills, typing & 10 key proficiency, comfort in using Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to and work with multiple software packages.

A pre-employment drug screening, physical, and criminal background check are required of this position.
